Moonlit View from Esplanade
The Hawthorne Bridge and west bank of Willamette River from the Eastbank Esplanade in Portland, Oregon. The boat in the foreground has a man and his dog living on it which actually seems to be one of the more viable solutions for Portland's homeless, although the city is working hard at cracking down on the people living on these boats, passing a new rule that is much more strict which forces them to leave the area every 30 days and not allowed to return for a year.
